The Structure
Includes the steel frame, tie-down straps and anchors, sub-floor structure, doors, windows, sliders, load-bearing and non-load-bearing framing members, interior walls, exterior siding, roof structure and ceiling.
The Plumbing System
Includes hot and cold water lines, waste pipes, soil pipes and vents, faucets, toilets (including internal assembly parts), sinks, bathtubs, shower stalls, water heater (including fuel lines), vent pipe/chimney, connections and joints.
